We provide a single point of contact (SPOC) to assist with all your needs – from treatment and follow-up care to travel arrangements, visa support, and accommodation. No matter where you’re from, we’re committed to making your fertility experience as smooth and supportive as possible.
Pre-Arrival Planning
Once we receive your flight details, our team will arrange transport and accommodation for you and your companions based on your preferences. We’ll send you all the necessary information about medical services, logistics, and other support through email or your preferred method of communication.
Airport Pick-Up
A hospital representative will be waiting for you at the airport with a sign to welcome you. They will then take you directly to the hospital or your hotel/guest house. This service is free of charge.
Hospital Registration
To register, please provide your passport and a copy of your valid visa at the registration desk. After registration, you will receive a unique hospital ID (MRN), which will be used for all your hospital activities.
Important Note:
According to Indian government rules, every patient and attendant must provide accurate nationality details during registration. Please bring your passport to confirm that your nationality is correctly noted in the hospital records.
Appointment Scheduling
Your SPOC will help schedule appointments for OPD and health checkups. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
